NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 26, 2009, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to a variance decision dated September 10, 2008. The proposed amendment would allow for the operation of a Massachusetts Inspection Station (auto repair facility) located in the storage area of the building. The property is located at 865 Memorial Avenue in the Business A (BA) and Industrial (I) zoning district. The applicant and owner is Nicholas Katsoulis of West Springfield.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
