NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium on the second floor of the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a petition to amend the Zoning Map for the property located south of the MA Turnpike (I-90) and north of Brush Hill Avenue containing 1.74 acres of land from Residence A-1 (RA-1) to Special Use – Mobile Home (SU-H). The petitioner is the property owner, Eric Kaufman of Boston, MA.
A complete copy of the proposed Zoning Map amendment may be inspected in the Planning Department Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
